CAB-O-SIL TS-612 is a treated silica for adhesives and sealants applications.  In addition to providing reinforcement and sag resistance in adhesives and sealants, TS-612 offers two critical features: hydrophobicity and processability.

Because of its hydrophobicity, TS-612 has good shelf-life or storage stability in moisture-sensitive systems. It is an excellent choice for use in reactive/moisture-curing systems, such as isocyanate or silane cured systems. In addition, TS-612 is less sensitive to moisture, while offering better water and corrosion resistance.

Due to its surface treatment, TS-612 is more easily incorporated into systems, while delivering balanced sag resistance and flow control. In addition, it also serves as a good anti-settling additive for filled and/or colorant systems.
