Abstract:
- Cabot developed unique catalyst production platform which can deliver high performance catalyst with the capacity to meet FC industrial catalyst demand.
- Cabot supported catalysts delivered similar performance as Pt and PtRu black catalyst in MEA but with 50% less Pt content.
- Cabot MCB technology provides a path to manage the CCM hydrophobicity to maximize the performance.
- The ink-jetting allows well-defined CCM/MEA structures for high catalyst utilization and high fuel cell performance.
- The innovative high volume, low cost CCM/MEA manufacturing approach will facilitate the fuel cell commercialization.
