| VULCAN® 9 N115 VULCAN® 9 N115 carbon black conforms to ASTM N115. It imparts good wear resistance to all tire tread rubbers. Vulcan 9 N115, because of its high surface area and low structure, requires care to obtain optimum dispersion. |
| VULCAN® J A carbon black that is a lower structure version of VULCAN M imporating good wear resistance to all tire tread rubbers. It is particularly suited for tire treads that require good wear resistance with improved cut/chip resistance. VULCAN J is also recommended for conveyor belts, solid tires, and other products requiring good abrasion resistance with good cut/chip resistance. |
| VULCAN® M The most cost effective carbon black to use when treadwear comparable to a standard N220 is needed. When compared to the traditional grade N347, VULCAN M offers improved wear at comparable cost. It's also recommended for conveyor belts, solid tires. |
