Abstract:
CABELEC®compounds are carefully formulated products made from conductive carbon black and thermoplastic resins. A variety of CABELEC compounds are available for different processing techniques, such as:
- injection moulding
- blown film extrusion
- sheet
- pipe
- tube
- fiber extrusion
- blow moulding
The properties of the semi-finished product (or final article), especially conductivity, depend on the processing conditions. In fact, conductive carbon black-filled compounds are highly shear sensitive. To learn more about the general processing guidelines for different CABELEC compounds, click on the attachment below.
